Rachel was very helpful, explained how the process works, what happens when and what should be happening. She chased up my solicitor for progress, chased up my mortgage adviser and generally kept the sale going when both myself and the seller were both at our wits end with the none stop delays from both party's legal teams. i believe her to be a credit to her employers and herself.
