I went to springbok as my property wasn't getting any interest at all with a local agent, wow i never expected the response I got. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with the welcome i got from Mathew Kenningley very interested and made me feel as though they could help, and explained the whole procedure :-). It then went onto Nick Gittins who did the valuation again made me feel very confident in a sale :-). Laura Winters did a brilliant write up of the property which then it went to the negotiator James Melling he was brilliant and worked brilliantly set up loads of appointments and then began the negotiating always available to talk to and put minds at rest James i think had the hardest job of all and did it brilliantly :-) when the sale was agreed 1 week after being put with springbok I was handed over to the progressor Natalie Jackson again a brilliant member of the team always available and did everything and more to keep us up to date with everything that was going on another brilliant member of the springbok team. what more can I say other than their details have been passed onto friends who are struggling to sell their property and I can honestly say I will always recommend this company and will if I am ever in the position to sell again I will only use this company 100% attention at all times. They definitely are a cut above the average estate agent very happy seller thank you to you all.

It was nice to know that all prospective buyers were vetted first to ensure that they had the money in place to buy, and that there was no chain involved. I can't remember how we came across Springbok but from the moment we were contacted the whole process went very smoothly and things were clearly explained. The process took longer than we had hoped but that was because we had to give tenants two months notice.
